Job Description:
- Developing customized Salesforce applications.
- Writing high-quality and optimized code.
- Design / Architect scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Knowledge of Java / J2EE
- Basic Knowledge of HTML
- Basic Knowledge of Web Services
- Passionate about Technology, Architecture, and Design.
- Great focus on concepts.
- Attitude to go into the internals of the technology and then apply them.
- Appetite to improve on architecture and design approaches/strategies and apply them.
- Good communication skills.
- Full-Time Employment - The salary for client location (out of Gwalior) is min. CTC of ₹2.5 LPA. While the candidate is based out of the Gwalior location, the salary would range between ₹ 1.2 LPA*. -1.5 LPA *
- Internship - The company spends a huge amount of time and resources training the new joiners. The training will start from next month for a period of 6 months. To help new joiners during this time, a stipend of ₹ 5K per month will be given.
- Increment - Salary will be revised annually as per the industry standard depending on the employee's performance & the company's growth.
- The candidate, as part of the consideration for the internship efforts and costs involved, agrees to sign a bond for not leaving the service of the company for a minimum period of 2.6 years from the date of his/her joining (post-internship) the service of the Company. The bond needs to be signed while signing the offer letter.
- In case the employee, for any reason, leaves the services of the Company before the said period of two years, he/she shall straightaway pay a sum of ₹ 1,80,000 /- (₹ One lac & eighty Thousand) being the indemnification of the cost of training to the Company.
- The candidate needs to serve a notice period of 3 months, before leaving the company.
