The Process for Campus would be as follows:

Step 1: On the day of the drive the process would comprise of GD ( Groups of 10-15 students ) and Personal Interview.
Step 2: All those who are shortlisted on the day of the drive, they shall have a Final Round of interview within a few days from shortlisting.
Step 3: After Selection, Offer letters shall be mailed directly to the students.

Eligible Students:

B.com/BBA/BA etc i.e. any Management/ arts commerce graduate
MBA- General/Sales & Marketing/ International Business/ Retail/ Operations with graduation in BE/Btech/ BCA/ Bsc/ Management/ Arts/ Commerce
M.com
BE/B.tech/ BCA/ Bsc( Any specialization)
MCA/ MSc/ Mtech( Any Specialization)

Job Description:

• Connecting with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on leadsquared CRM
• Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling depending on the student’s area of interest
• Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counseling & create a strong pipeline
• Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target
